How often do I need to change toner? The standard toner lasts for about 1,500 pages. HP’s high-capacity toner lasts for about 3,000 pages. Volume varies depending on what you print.
Can multiple users print at the same time? Yes. The printer handles print queues internally. As long as it is connected to the network, multiple computers can send jobs at the same time.
