Upsales
By Upsales Nordic AB · upsales.com
3,9 Good
Swedish B2B CRM with built-in marketing automation and company data. Upsales' own processing of customer data takes place within the EU/EEA, although some subprocessors have connections outside, and a fully EU-hosted AI platform is launching in 2026. The price list, however, is not public, the platform fee comes on top of the user license, and the focus is clearly on growing companies rather than the very smallest.
Best for: Swedish B2B companies with 10–200 employees that want sales and marketing in one Swedish system
Pros
- Swedish company listed on Nasdaq First North, no foreign parent company
- Upsales processes personal data within the EU/EEA according to the DPA
- Built-in marketing automation, prospecting with Swedish company data, and quote support
- Support and onboarding in Swedish
- EU-hosted AI functionality launching in 2026
Cons
- No public price list; quote-based with platform fee on top of per-user price
- Expensive for solo entrepreneurs and very small teams (approx. SEK 600–800/user/month plus fees)
- No confirmed third-party certification such as ISO 27001 publicly disclosed
- The range of integrations is narrower than with the large international platforms
- Some subprocessors have connections outside the EU/EEA, with adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses as safeguards
