3,3 Good
Italian tool that translates InDesign, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files while preserving the layout exactly. There is no free plan beyond a 14-day trial, and the price tag bites: subscriptions from 289 EUR/month (approx. 3,200 SEK) or a Project Pass at 95 EUR per project.
Best for: Companies translating brochures, manuals and layout-heavy documents without wanting to manually re-paste text.
Pros
- Preserves layout in InDesign, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Generates drafts via DeepL or ChatGPT for later editing
- Italian company, customer data hosted in Europe (Ireland and Germany)
Cons
- High entry cost: subscriptions from 289 EUR/month, Project Pass 95 EUR per project
- No free plan, only a 14-day trial
- Only plain text to translate? Then there are cheaper routes. Redokun pays off first with layout-heavy documents
- A small company, so support is thinner than with the large translation providers
