Alternative to Calendly with an open codebase: the community edition Cal.diy (MIT license) can be self-hosted for free but lacks enterprise features and is recommended by the vendor only for personal use. The cloud version runs by default in the USA, but EU hosting is offered via Cal.eu (waitlist). The company behind it is American.
