Assently E-Sign
By Assently AB (del av Verified Global AB) · assently.com
4,1 Very good
Swedish e-signing with all Nordic e-identifications and case-based pricing that suits uneven volumes. The catch: since the 2023 acquisition, the brand is being absorbed into Verified, and BankID transactions are billed as third-party costs on top of the subscription.
Best for: Small Swedish companies with moderate signing volumes that want to pay per case instead of per user, with full BankID support.
Pros
- Swedish company (owned by Swedish Verified Global AB in Solna) with data processing within the EU/EEA
- ISO 27001-certified operation via Verified
- Support for Swedish BankID and other Nordic e-identifications
- Case-based pricing: Pro approx. EUR 34/month for 20 cases, independent of number of users
Cons
- BankID and other eID transactions cost extra on top of the monthly fee
- The brand is being integrated into the Verified platform, making it uncertain how the product develops long-term
- No free plan and the jump from Pro to Team (approx. EUR 340/month) is large
